This week our Complaints Committee met to adjudicate on complaints. Three new members have recently been appointed: Nazir Afzal, former Chief Crown Prosecutor; Andrew Pettie, a former journalist; and Miranda Wiram, Head of Strategy and Insight at Forest Enterprise.
