Changes to Clause 2 (Privacy) of the Editors' Code come into force today.
The Editors Code of Practice Committee announced in December that mental health would be added to the categories Clause 2 protects. Read the updated Code here.
A new version of the Editors Codebook, a guide to how the Code is interpreted, has also been released. The Codebook includes best practice and case studies of IPSO's rulings.Â
