Participating publications
All IPSO's national newspaper titles are members of the compulsory scheme. That means that if you want to make a claim they must agree to arbitration. Some other publications participate in the voluntary scheme, which means you can request to arbitrate but the publisher is not obliged to do so.
Compulsory scheme
The following publications have agreed to participate in the compulsory IPSO arbitration scheme. This means they must accept any genuine arbitration claim.

PA Media has also joined as a participating publication. PA Media creates content for newspapers, websites, broadcasters and magazines, rather than publishing its own titles. We are able to refer arbitration claims to PA Media in relation to its content regardless of where it appeared.
