A few of the benefits IPSO offers to all employees are:
- Hybrid working policy – IPSO expects employees to work from our London office on our core days (two days a week), with the option for remote working on all other days. Senior Management work from the office three days a week.
- Company Pension – IPSO makes a substantive contribution to your pension, higher than many other employers.
- Wellbeing membership – IPSO will pay a monthly amount towards wellbeing benefits such as gym membership.
- Company Doctors Scheme – IPSO provide access to a service where you can see a doctor when you are unable to get an appointment with your own GP or are taken ill whilst in the office.
- Private Healthcare – IPSO offers employees the option to join a private healthcare service.
- Season ticket loan – IPSO offers employees an interest free season ticket loan which is paid back over 10 months directly from your salary.
- Cycle to work scheme – IPSO offers employees the option to obtain commuter bikes and cycling accessories, whilst spreading the cost over 12 months.
These and other benefits normally become available on the successful completion of any probationary period, but some are available from the first day of employment. Flexible working arrangements can be requested from your first day of employment.
