Sir Alan Moses gave the first annual IPSO lecture at King’s College London on Tuesday 12 April 2016. Entitled 'Reality Regulation', the lecture explored IPSO's achievements since its establishment in 2014. The lecture was chaired by Roy Greenslade, media commentator and professor of journalism at City University.
IPSO met with a group of trans and/or non-binary people to learn about their experiences and discuss what more could be done to improve reporting of trans people. The discussions will help IPSO to improve guidelines and good practice for journalists writing about trans matters.
Sir Alan Moses spoke to the Media Lawyers Resource Centre Conference at the Law Society in London on Tuesday 29 September 2015 on the progress that IPSO has made in its fort year.
