Sir Bill Jeffrey's External Review of IPSO has opened for submissions and has launched on its own dedicated website.
Former senior civil servant Sir Bill Jeffrey has started the second External Review of the independence and effectiveness of the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO).
Sir Bill is inviting submissions from relevant stakeholders, but also welcomes input from others.
A dedicated website, independent of IPSO, with an email address to which submissions may be sent has now launched at: www.ipsoexternalreview.co.uk
The completed report is expected to be published by Spring 2023.
Submissions can be made directly to the review through its website, which also contains the terms of reference for the review and information about how it will be carried out. Read our press release here.
